Echinacea is a genus of herbaceous flowering plants in the daisy family. The genus Echinacea has nine species, found only in eastern and central North America, where they grow in moist to dry prairies and open wooded areas. All parts of the plant, from flower to leaves to roots, are used to produce a tincture that acts as a natural immune booster. Welcome, first blossom of the summer.
